Refund & Cancellation Policy 환불 및 취소 정책

1. Scope 1. 적용 범위

  • This policy applies to every appointment and deposit at Natural Brows LA. By booking online via Square, paying a deposit, or confirming an appointment by KakaoTalk, WhatsApp, or phone, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below. For details about cancelling or rescheduling specifically, see our Cancellation Policy. 본 정책은 Natural Brows LA의 모든 예약 및 예약금에 적용됩니다. Square 온라인 예약, 예약금 결제, 또는 카카오톡·왓츠앱·전화를 통한 예약 확정 시 아래의 조건에 동의하신 것으로 간주됩니다. 예약 취소 및 일정 변경 절차에 관한 자세한 사항은 취소 정책을 참고해 주세요.

2. Deposits 2. 예약금

  • A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to confirm every appointment. 모든 예약은 환불 불가 $50 예약금으로 확정됩니다.
  • The deposit is applied toward the final service total at the end of your appointment. 예약금은 시술 종료 시 최종 시술 금액에서 차감됩니다.
  • Deposits do not expire but are tied to your scheduled appointment slot. If you cancel without rescheduling, the deposit is forfeited. 예약금에 유효 기간은 없으나 예약된 시간과 연동되어 있습니다. 일정 변경 없이 취소하실 경우 예약금은 소멸됩니다.

3. Reschedules 3. 일정 변경

  • Reschedules are accepted up to 48 hours before your appointment, with no penalty — your deposit transfers to the new appointment. 시술 48시간 전까지 일정 변경이 가능하며, 예약금은 새 일정으로 그대로 이관됩니다.
  • Reschedules requested inside 48 hours of the appointment forfeit the deposit. A new $50 deposit is required to rebook. 시술 48시간 이내의 일정 변경은 예약금이 소멸되며, 재예약 시 새 $50 예약금이 필요합니다.
  • One reschedule per deposit is permitted; further changes are treated as cancellations. 예약금 한 건당 일정 변경은 1회 가능하며, 추가 변경 시 취소로 간주됩니다.

4. Late Arrival 4. 지각

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may be shortened or rescheduled at the artist's discretion. 예약 시간에 맞춰 도착해 주시기 바랍니다. 지각 시 작가의 판단에 따라 시술 시간이 단축되거나 일정이 다시 조정될 수 있습니다.
  • If the appointment cannot be completed because of late arrival, it is treated as a no-show and the deposit is forfeited. 지각으로 시술이 완료될 수 없는 경우, 노쇼로 간주되어 예약금이 소멸됩니다.

5. No-Shows 5. 노쇼

  • Failure to appear without notice forfeits the deposit. 사전 연락 없이 방문하지 않으실 경우 예약금이 소멸됩니다.
  • Repeated no-shows require full pre-payment to rebook. 반복적인 노쇼 발생 시 재예약은 전액 선결제 조건으로만 가능합니다.

6. Services Rendered 6. 시술 진행 후

  • Once a service has begun — meaning the skin has been marked, numbed, or pigmented — the service is non-refundable. 시술이 시작된 이후(피부 위 디자인, 마취, 또는 색소 작업이 시작된 시점) 환불은 불가합니다.
  • Permanent and semi-permanent pigment work cannot be undone, so refunds cannot be issued once the work has started. 영구 및 반영구 색소 작업은 되돌릴 수 없으므로, 시작된 시술에 대해서는 환불해 드릴 수 없습니다.
  • If you change your mind during the initial consultation and before any work begins, the deposit remains non-refundable but no further charge applies. 초기 상담 단계에서 시술 전 마음이 바뀌신 경우, 예약금은 동일하게 환불되지 않으나 추가 비용은 청구되지 않습니다.

7. Results & Touch-Ups 7. 결과 및 리터치

  • Permanent makeup (brows, lip blush, eyeliner, hairline / SMP) and lash services are influenced by skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure, and aftercare. Final results are not guaranteed and may vary. 반영구 화장(눈썹, 입술, 아이라이너, 헤어라인 / SMP) 및 속눈썹 시술 결과는 피부 타입, 생활 습관, 자외선 노출, 사후 관리에 영향을 받습니다. 최종 결과는 보장되지 않으며 개인차가 있을 수 있습니다.
  • Most PMU services include or recommend a follow-up touch-up appointment after the initial healing period. Touch-ups are priced separately and are not a substitute for refunds. 대부분의 반영구 시술은 초기 회복 이후 리터치 방문을 권장합니다. 리터치는 별도 비용이며 환불을 대체하지 않습니다.
  • Dissatisfaction with healed results does not qualify for a refund. Adjustments and color corrections are handled through touch-up appointments at the published touch-up rate. 회복 후 결과에 만족하지 못하셨더라도 환불 대상에는 해당하지 않습니다. 색상 보정 및 디자인 조정은 별도 리터치 가격으로 진행됩니다.

8. Health, Medical & Eligibility 8. 건강·의료 조건

  • We cannot perform PMU or lash services if you are pregnant, nursing, undergoing chemotherapy, taking blood thinners, prone to keloids, or have certain skin or autoimmune conditions. A full medical list is reviewed at consultation. 임신 중, 수유 중, 항암 치료 중, 항응고제 복용 중, 켈로이드 체질, 또는 일부 피부·자가면역 질환이 있으신 경우 시술이 어렵습니다. 전체 의료 조건은 상담 시 안내해 드립니다.
  • If you disclose a disqualifying condition during consultation before any work begins, your $50 deposit is refunded in full. 시술 전 상담 단계에서 시술 불가 조건을 미리 알려주신 경우 $50 예약금은 전액 환불해 드립니다.
  • If a disqualifying condition is discovered at the appointment without prior disclosure, the deposit is forfeited because the time slot cannot be resold. 시술 당일에 시술 불가 조건이 발견되는 경우, 해당 시간을 다른 고객에게 재배정할 수 없으므로 예약금은 소멸됩니다.

9. Allergic Reaction 9. 알레르기 반응

  • Allergic reactions to PMU pigments are rare. A patch test is available on request. 반영구 색소에 대한 알레르기 반응은 매우 드물게 발생합니다. 요청 시 패치 테스트를 진행해 드립니다.
  • If you experience a confirmed allergic reaction documented by a licensed physician within 14 days of the service, please contact us immediately. We will work with you on a fair resolution, which may include a partial refund of any service value not yet rendered. 시술 후 14일 이내에 의사 진단서로 확인된 알레르기 반응이 발생한 경우 즉시 연락 부탁드립니다. 진행되지 않은 시술 가치에 한해 부분 환불 등 합리적인 해결 방안을 협의해 드립니다.

10. Card Disputes & Chargebacks 10. 카드 분쟁 및 차지백

  • Please contact us first with any concern. Most issues are resolved within one business day. 어떠한 문의나 우려 사항이 있으시면 먼저 저희에게 연락 주시기 바랍니다. 대부분의 사안은 1영업일 내에 해결됩니다.
  • Filing a chargeback or payment dispute (Square, PayPal, or card issuer) without first contacting us is considered a breach of this policy. We respond to disputes with this signed policy, appointment records, and consent forms, and reserve the right to recover associated fees. 사전 연락 없이 카드사 또는 결제 서비스(Square, PayPal 등) 분쟁(차지백)을 제기하시는 경우 본 정책 위반으로 간주됩니다. 본 정책, 예약 기록, 동의서를 근거로 대응하며 관련 수수료 청구 권리를 보유합니다.

  • This policy may be updated at our discretion. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to your appointment. 본 정책은 사정에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다. 예약 시점에 유효한 버전이 해당 예약에 적용됩니다.
