1. Scope 1. 적용 범위

This policy governs how appointments at Natural Brows LA are cancelled or rescheduled — by you or by the studio. By booking online via Square, paying a deposit, or confirming an appointment by KakaoTalk, WhatsApp, or phone, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below. For details about deposit handling and refunds, see our Refund Policy. 본 정책은 Natural Brows LA의 예약을 고객 또는 스튜디오 측이 취소·변경할 때 적용되는 절차를 규정합니다. Square 온라인 예약, 예약금 결제, 또는 카카오톡·왓츠앱·전화를 통한 예약 확정 시 아래의 조건에 동의하신 것으로 간주됩니다. 예약금 및 환불 관련 자세한 내용은 환불 정책을 참고해 주세요.

Online (Square): use the confirmation email link or log into your Square account to change your appointment. 온라인 (Square): 예약 확정 이메일의 링크를 이용하시거나 Square 계정에 로그인해 변경하실 수 있습니다.
KakaoTalk / WhatsApp / phone: message anytime. We read in order during studio hours (Tue–Fri 10–7, Sat 10–6). 카카오톡 / 왓츠앱 / 전화: 언제든 메시지를 남겨 주시면 영업 시간(화–금 오전 10시–오후 7시, 토 오전 10시–오후 6시) 내 순서대로 답변드립니다.
Email is checked once daily and is not the fastest way to reach us — please use KakaoTalk or WhatsApp for time-sensitive changes. 이메일은 하루 1회 확인되므로 시간이 촉박한 변경은 카카오톡 또는 왓츠앱 이용을 권장드립니다.

Reschedules requested 48 hours or more before your appointment are accepted with no penalty — your $50 deposit transfers to the new booking. 시술 48시간 이상 전에 요청하신 일정 변경은 별도의 비용 없이 가능하며, $50 예약금은 새 예약으로 그대로 이관됩니다.
One reschedule per deposit is permitted; further changes are treated as cancellations. 예약금 한 건당 일정 변경은 1회 가능하며, 추가 변경 시 취소로 간주됩니다.

Reschedules or cancellations made inside 48 hours of the appointment forfeit the $50 deposit. A new deposit is required to rebook. 시술 시간 기준 48시간 이내에 요청하신 일정 변경 또는 취소는 $50 예약금이 소멸되며, 재예약 시 새 예약금이 필요합니다.
The 48-hour window is measured from your appointment start time, not your booking time. 48시간은 시술 예정 시각을 기준으로 계산됩니다.

Failure to appear without notice forfeits the deposit. 사전 연락 없이 방문하지 않으실 경우 예약금이 소멸됩니다.
We hold your appointment for 15 minutes past the scheduled start time. After that, the slot is released and the appointment is treated as a no-show. 예약 시간 이후 15분까지 대기하며, 그 이후에는 해당 시간이 해제되어 노쇼로 처리됩니다.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may be shortened or rescheduled at the artist's discretion. 예약 시간에 맞춰 도착해 주시기 바랍니다. 지각 시 작가의 판단에 따라 시술 시간이 단축되거나 일정이 다시 조정될 수 있습니다.
If your remaining appointment time is insufficient to complete the service safely, the appointment is treated as a no-show and the deposit is forfeited. 남은 예약 시간 내에 시술을 안전하게 완료할 수 없는 경우, 노쇼로 간주되어 예약금이 소멸됩니다.

After two late cancellations or no-shows, future bookings require full pre-payment of the service total — not just the standard deposit. 늦은 취소 또는 노쇼가 2회 누적되면 이후 예약은 예약금이 아닌 전체 시술 비용 선결제 조건으로만 가능합니다.
A persistent pattern of cancellations or no-shows may result in declining future bookings entirely. 지속적인 취소 및 노쇼가 반복될 경우 이후 예약이 거절될 수 있습니다.

If we need to cancel your appointment due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as early as possible via KakaoTalk, phone, or text. 질병, 응급 상황, 또는 그 외 부득이한 사유로 스튜디오에서 예약을 취소해야 하는 경우, 가능한 한 빠르게 카카오톡·전화·문자로 안내드립니다.
You receive priority rebooking to the next available slot, along with your choice of: a full refund of your $50 deposit, or the deposit transferred to your rescheduled appointment. 다음 가능한 시간으로의 우선 재예약과 함께, $50 예약금 전액 환불 또는 새 예약으로의 예약금 이관 중 선택하실 수 있습니다.
This protection applies only to studio-initiated cancellations. Client-initiated cancellations follow Sections 3–7 above. 본 조항은 스튜디오 사유 취소에만 적용되며, 고객 사유 취소는 위 3–7항을 따릅니다.

Your cancellation or reschedule is confirmed only when you receive our reply. 취소 및 일정 변경은 저희가 답변을 드린 후 확정됩니다.
If you do not hear back within studio hours, please follow up. Silence is not confirmation. 영업 시간 내 답변이 없을 경우 다시 한번 연락 부탁드립니다. 응답이 없는 상태는 확정으로 간주되지 않습니다.

This policy may be updated at our discretion. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to your appointment. 본 정책은 사정에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다. 예약 시점에 유효한 버전이 해당 예약에 적용됩니다.
